You CAN use any SATC (Scrappin' At The Castle) patterns (paper piecing files) to create handmade projects for personal use and for commercial use (resale and profit). If SATC patterns (paper piecing files) are used for commercial use (selling completed projects, such as layouts, cards, paper piecings, etc...), you are required to give proper credit to SATC. http://www.scrappinatthecastle.com.
What you CANNOT do...
You CANNOT use any item, part, entity, etc... of SATC patterns, files... to create kit(s) or part of a kit(s) for resale... of any kind.
You CANNOT use any item, part, entity, etc... of SATC to create another digital product, image, etc... of any kind.
You CANNOT use any item, part, entity, etc... of SATC to create another website, group, shared file group(s), forum(s), etc... of any kind.
You CANNOT offer any item, part, entity, etc... of SATC files or products as free files for SHARING in public forum/group(s), private forum/group(s), nor store the files in online albums or download sites with public/private access.. of any kind.
LEGAL ACTION will be taken.
You CANNOT offer any item, part, entity, etc... of SATC files or products as free files for a one-time fee or an occurring fee for sharing in public forum/group(s), private forum/group(s), etc... of any kind.
LEGAL ACTION will be taken.
You CANNOT alter or auto-trace any item, part, entity, etc... of SATC files to create new images for sharing or other distribution... of any kind.
You CANNOT use any item, part, entity, etc... of SATC files to create a printed product(s) pattern(s) for resale or distribution... of any kind.
You CANNOT use any item, part, entity, etc... of SATC files to create rubber/polymer stamps... of any kind.
You CANNOT use any item, part, entity, etc... of SATC photos or scans of finished artwork as any part of a collection... of any kind.
SATC products may only be used for their intended purpose. Using the vectors to create a derivative work is a violation of the Digital Millennium Act.
The Use of SATC products, whether purchased or free, implies your agreement to these terms of use (whether or not if the terms of use were read).
